Electronic delivery is a free service enjoyed by RS investors who prefer the convenience and efficiency of receiving documents electronically. By consenting to electronic document delivery, the paper documents you already receive by mail will be replaced by online documents. The benefits of receiving your documents online include:

• Completely secure and confidential. Tamper proof delivery and storage using world-class security protocol.
• Neatly archived and organized. No more stress or hassle trying to find your statements. You can even compare this year's statement to the previous year.
• Immediate notification via e-mail when your new statement and/or fund document is available.

Follow these simple steps to sign up for E-delivery today if you are a direct shareholder*:

1. Enter your User ID and PIN at the Account Log On section
2. Then click the View Portfolio button
3. Click the E-Delivery button
4. Check the item(s) you'd like to receive electronically:
   • Quarterly Account Statements and/or
   • Fund documents (annual reports and semiannual reports)
5. Type your e-mail address where you want the notification sent
6. Read the Important Information, then click the Submit button
