Robert J. Harris Joins RS Investments As A Value Group Analyst

San Francisco, June 21, 2005 - RS Investments announces that Robert J. Harris has joined the firm as an analyst in the RS Value Group, which includes the RS Global Natural Resources Fund, the RS Partners Fund, and the RS Value Fund.

"The RS Value Group continues to expand and deepen our research capabilities," explained Andy Pilara, portfolio manager and head of the RS Value Group. "Robert's in-depth knowledge of the financial sector is a major asset for our value team, in addition to his solid experience, distinct methodology, and sharp insight."

An experienced investment analyst prior to joining RS Investments, Robert was a financial services analyst at Dresdner RCM Global Investors, LLC for seven years. Prior to that, Robert was a marketing associate for Chevron Texaco Corporation. He holds a B.A. in Political Science from Sonoma State University and an M.B.A. from Golden Gate University.
