    We find innovation among organically growing companies – those that can create new markets or capture existing market share – and focus on "anchor points." Anchor points reflect board-level discussions of a company's enduring growth capabilities that our team translates into quantifiable metrics that can be monitored and evaluated throughout a company's growth cycle, regardless of what is taking place in the overall market.

    Our team of three co-portfolio managers and four research analysts are sector specialists who draw from years of experience and relationships with industry experts and company management teams. Deep knowledge provides what we believe to be an ear-to-the ground advantage within our respective realms of expertise.

    Focus on Risk Management

    Prior to investing, our team requires a minimum two-to-one ratio of upside potential to downside risk for each investment over a 12 to 18 month period based upon our proprietary analysis. We have built a feedback mechanism into our process for identifying at-risk investments and constantly monitor our "farm team" of vetted stock ideas for placement into the portfolio.
